In this workshop, Jules De Jesús Fritz will teach helpful life skills about what to do with big feelings. Based in part on the children's book, You Are The Sky, written by her 7 year old son, you will learn practical steps, breathwork and movement techniques you can use in your daily life.

Be encouraged to find your inner strength, knowing confidently what steps will keep your heart calm in life's most challenging moments.

What's the cost?

The cost for this workshop is $11.00 per adult, kids under 18 are free. There is also an option to purchase a signed copy* of You Are The Sky (+$11.00) with your registration. Author, Julian Fritz, will be offering a book signing after the church service at 12:30p.

*Purchased books will be available for pickup at Unity of Savannah. If you are unable to pickup your book, It will be left in the UoS Bookstore to pickup at your convenience.
