Summer Freedom & Blessings

Well hello there Josh! 

Summer vacation started early for us and it’s been rolling non-stop, from traveling to staycations with visiting family. I’ve been off the grid for about a month, maybe more, and it’s been wonderful. These are the times that I’m especially grateful for the freedom our life gives us, all by design. 

And freedom is exactly what my entire family is all about. We saw once again that my mom’s advanced Alzheimer’s symptoms are better on the road which we know is a rare gift that we are thankful for. 

Our “holiday” as the kids love to call it, started back in May when we returned to Savannah for our big Sunday at Unity. I shared a positive message on stage, Josh went OFF with his saxophone, and Julian signed LOTS of books. And if that wasn’t enough, my emotional intelligence workshop was a huge hit!

We stayed on Tybee Island thanks to our dear friend Kim and her daughter Zoey for hosting us. Their loving energy and outdoor shower made us never want to leave. It’s amazing how good the beach and friends can make you feel. 

From there, we traveled South to Sea Island to spend time with Josh’s mom and for the kids to experience marine biology camp. Our kiddos caught and released small sharks, stingrays, fish, and other sea creatures to study and observe. 

Once we got back home, my big brother came to stay for a week and we had even more adventures. Summer may be hot, but it sure has been a lot of fun. 

Despite being on vacation, June was our best month to date with Miracle Lab. I have so much more to share with you including milestones, wins, and miraculous feel good stories that you’ll love.

Instead of trying to cram all of that into one newsletter, I’m going to write to you weekly in July. My intention is to uplift, inform and inspire with some good news. 

For now, I’m going to get back to clearing and preparing for more travels, including getting our house ready for AirBnB and our Airstream camper, Lovie, road ready.
