
11 Reasons Why Coaching (1:1 or Group) Matters

After taking a break from coaching for a year to focus my attention on my book tour and speaking engagements, I realize that I miss coaching. My soft re-entry back is with a group retreat this New Year's Eve for release, realignment, and transformation. I'm hosting the retreat at my personal 25-acre homestead in Hopeful, Georgia which inspired the name, Hopeful Horizons.
A retreat, either group or VIP, is an ideal way to start a coaching program. You're able to immerse yourself in what you need including rest, good food, and deep coaching that happens naturally in open conversation.
Starting a coaching relationship with a client during a retreat is my favorite way to jump start things on the right foot. A lot of inner work gets done without feeling the weight of the heavy lifting. The retreat is a way to balance before transformation.
After your retreat we'll pick up where we left off, connection and all. It's alchemy. And a vacation.
